The Social Security Disability claim process is often a long and complicated affair and, as a result, a person seeking benefits will benefit from the guidance and assistance of an experienced disability attorney.
The process begins when the person files a benefits claim with the Social Security Administration (SSA). Unfortunately, the SSA initially denies the majority of claims filed, including many with merit.
