New York Disability Attorney Greeting ClientOn behalf of myself and my family, I’m finally able to take a breath,  sit at my computer and write to you this overdue letter of thanks!

There aren’t enough words to express my appreciation for your kindness and consideration to me during my disability intake, application, disability examiners, paperwork and appeals process.

Honestly, you all made me feel special, believed in me and you all are the makings of a great team.

From the intake, I was met with compassion and when I called with any questions regarding: examiners, paperwork or how the process would next proceed, my questions were always answered with knowledge and consideration. And nobody ever had to get back to me. I got my answers on the spot! It was like calling family, not calling the usual law firms with the usual response, “We’ll get back to you on that!” And sometimes they never do!

Even when I explained that I had been sitting on an office chair for over 7 years with the lumbar support upside down…you ladies made sure I was able to talk directly to Mr. Hermann.

And the one “little thing” he said to end our conversation was, “Feel Better.” That touched my heart because that’s when I realized that he was more than an attorney but a truly warm, sympathetic human being who was going to stand up for me.

They say the “little things” mean a lot in life and that for me was one of them!

With all my health issues, I knew I had to reach out for help with all of this and that phone call confirmed that I picked the “best of the best!”

Once again, I thank you all for your hard work in making my disability case successful! I actually cried tears of joy, surprise and resolve!

And please if there’s anyone I have left out of this letter, please reach out to them on my behalf and thank them.

May all of you continue to be blessed each and every day.

Kindest Regards,

L.  Corbett

The staff at Hermann Law Group handled my brother’s disability application with expertise and speed. Their professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail was very helpful in assisting us through the process of the application. I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone who needs an experienced attorney to assist in what can be a confusing process.

It has been some years since your firm has helped me receive SS disability benefits that I deserved, and I just want to thank you and would recommend you to others seeking help. I think of you every 3rd Wednesday of the month.

“I can’t thank you enough in your guidance and assuring words during my process to secure SSDI… What an invaluable asset you are to [the] firm both in your knowledge and in your professional, as well as kind, treatment of…clients. Stay well and know you have helped the lives of many people entitled to SSDI – you have many checks in the positive column of your life’s accounting.”

—Andrea E., Manhattan, NY

“I wanted to take the time to tell you what a great experience it has been dealing with your organization. From the beginning of our association, you were totally informative, compassionate and professional to the utmost. Your employees were  always kind and caring and willing to take the time to answers any questions. As you are aware, I came to you from another law firm who bungled my claim. You took it over and with speed and efficiency got the claim approved! It was a sincere pleasure working with you and your staff and I want to thank you and everyone in your firm for the help I received towards the ultimate positive resolution of my disability claim. I can now go on with my life, such as it is, without this hanging over my head any longer.
You and your organization are people who really care about other people and in today’s world, that is a rare quality, indeed!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“I cannot wait another day to say thank you again for all your time and effort that you put into my case..I have never met a lawyer that was so compassionate about their clients’ needs..I never got the feeling that you were taking my case for the money, but that you WERE taking my case for the concern you had for my well being, due to your dedication to me as a client..from the bottom of my heart I have been touched by an angel and that angel is you. Mr. Hermann…I always felt important and a person to you and not a case number that you were working for. For that I applaud you, as so many people in the professional field so often see disabled people as just a chart number, a case number, and not as a person. They forget that behind the number is a person that feels and that is suffering, and never once did I feel that way with you..I know I was blessed to have you as my attorney during the past 2 years as I struggled with my illness and fighting the Social Security system. Having the favorable outcome that I did, I can now stop worrying about my disability case and focus on taking care of my needs as a young disabled woman.”

— Rose D., Clifton, NJ

I was referred to Gabe Hermann of Hermann Law Group by the attorney that handled my Long Term Disability appeal against one of the country’s largest underwriters of such policies. Though I prevailed in my law suit, I had been denied Social Security Disability benefits in 2007. After a consultation with Gabe Hermann in the Summer of 2010, we decided to pursue an appeal of that decision.

I found Mr. Hermann and his team of dedicated and empathetic professionals to be reassuring, talented and client-centric. As a former Partner in a global services business, I was keenly aware of the exceptional level of personal attention and respect that all members of the Hermann Law Group team demonstrated in the great work that they put into my successful appeal. Not only did Mr. Hermann successfully appeal the decision, but his strategic thinking and expert advocacy provided the impetus for the Administrative Law Judge to decide that I was entitled to back benefits.

The Social Security Disability Appeals process requires dedication, strategic thinking and attention to detail that only comes with years of successful experience. The Hermann Law Group team delivered all of that along with the patience and empathy that is paramount with making a person feel comfortable with the complicated appeals process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to engage the best team in this field.

“With the guidance of the National MS Society I was introduced to Mr. Insler. The knowledge and compassion of both the attorney and the staff was exceptional. Each step of the process was guided and supported by the firm. Each contact with the staff was received as a need for professional guidance rather than a burden. This professional service lead to a timely and successful outcome in obtaining [my] disability claim. With the financial support of Social Security Disability, my focus [has] returned to my own health needs and ongoing rehabilitation.”
