On behalf of myself and my family, I’m finally able to take a breath,  sit at my computer and write to you this overdue letter of thanks!

There aren’t enough words to express my appreciation for your kindness and consideration to me during my disability intake, application, disability examiners, paperwork and appeals process.

Honestly, you all made me feel special, believed in me and you all are the makings of a great team.

From the intake, I was met with compassion and when I called with any questions regarding: examiners, paperwork or how the process would next proceed, my questions were always answered with knowledge and consideration. And nobody ever had to get back to me. I got my answers on the spot! It was like calling family, not calling the usual law firms with the usual response, “We’ll get back to you on that!” And sometimes they never do!

Even when I explained that I had been sitting on an office chair for over 7 years with the lumbar support upside down…you ladies made sure I was able to talk directly to Mr. Hermann.

And the one “little thing” he said to end our conversation was, “Feel Better.” That touched my heart because that’s when I realized that he was more than an attorney but a truly warm, sympathetic human being who was going to stand up for me.

They say the “little things” mean a lot in life and that for me was one of them!

With all my health issues, I knew I had to reach out for help with all of this and that phone call confirmed that I picked the “best of the best!”

Once again, I thank you all for your hard work in making my disability case successful! I actually cried tears of joy, surprise and resolve!
